REMEMBERING 9/11: A JARHEAD'S PERSPECTIVE 21 YEARS LATER LIVING IN CLAY COUNTY, KENTUCKY

OP-ED by Brent Willoughby

CLAY COUNTY, KY - There are world events that have taken place that will always be remembered by those who were living at the time of those events.  Pearl Harbor. The Bay of Pigs.  The Gulf of Tonkin.  The assassinations of President John F. Kennedy, his brother former Attorney General Robert (Bobby) Kennedy, and Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.  Each generation has had to deal with something that is considered life altering and people never forget where they were or what they were doing when those events took place.  These stories are passed down from one generation to the next and are ingrained into our very beings of existence.  My generation's most life altering such event transpired on September the 11th, 2001.

On August 4, the Biden administration declared the monkeypox outbreak a public health emergency in the U.S.

Will Dr. Anthony Fauci use monkeypox as an excuse to lockdown America again?

Will Gov. Andy Beshear mandate another lockdown in Kentucky?

Recently the Manchester Enterprise published an article on July 8th, 2022 entitled "Hoskins Cemetery now relocated" about the completion of moving the Hoskins Cemetery.  In this article the unnamed author claimed that "all deceased persons had been moved to Memorial Gardens or 3 private cemeteries."  The headstones had been collected and the one's that could be re-used at the family cemeteries would be.   Markers had been ordered for the deceased being relocated to Memorial Gardens and the rest, "not being utilized are being stored by the board of education until research could be done to see who had a legal right to claim them." Lastly the article states "They will remain stored until a determination is made."

According to a CNN article, entitled “What Schools Can Do With Their Covid Stimulus Money” by Katie Lobosco, CNN (Updated 8:09 AM EDT, Thu April 8, 2021), “[w]hen the pandemic first hit, the CARES Act authorized about $13 billion for K-12 schools, or about $270 per pupil. The bill passed in December delivered about $54 billion, or $1,100 per pupil, and the most recent package allowed for $128 billion in spending, that amounts to $2,600 per pupil, according to Phyllis Jordan, editorial director at a non-partisan think tank at Georgetown University called FutureEd.”

U.S. Senator and physician Rand Paul

Opinion-Editorial: Applause for Kentucky Senator Rand Paul

Opinion-Editorial by Melissa Martin, Ph.D.

Standing up for liberty, freedom, and justice has to be difficult amidst the Washington D.C. quagmire. Yet, Senator Paul keeps the faith and keeps on truck’in.

Running in the opposite direction of tyranny, Paul battles for our civil liberties. “When the whole world is running towards a cliff, he who is running in the opposite direction appears to have lost his mind.” -C.S. Lewis

Being maligned when you reveal the real story about the COVID virus and vaccine is a courageous act. And exposing Anthony Fauci’s lies over and over again takes guts.

Op-Ed: Is the Federal Reserve the Financial Elephant in the Room?

Op-Ed by Melissa Martin, Ph.D.

A mammoth elephant continues to stomp around in the sovereign nation of the USA and beyond. This creature bellows and challenges anyone that dares to disagree. It is comfortable in the Oval Office and the Halls of Congress while sticking its middle finger up in the sacred places of justice and liberty for all. Our Constitution is mocked as autocrats destroy and devastate the economy over and over and over – the end goal being a global empire with the wealthy at the top of the power pyramid and the rest of us at the bottom.
