Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Angel Laster age 44 Of Bowman Rd., London on Tuesday afternoon December 6, 2016 at approximately 3:30 PM.
The arrest occurred at a business off West Laurel Rd. approximately 1/2 mile west of London after Deputy Cloyd was dispatched to a complaint that there was an intoxicated individual there.
When Deputy Cloyd arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation, he determined that this subject was under the influence. This subject could not walk without being assisted and was very unstable and could not carry on a conversation.
Angel Laster was charged with public intoxication – controlled substances and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
