Suspicious Vehicle complaint - Laurel County

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Cody Faulconer arrested two individuals on Monday night December 12, 2016 at approximately 6:39 PM.

The arrest occurred off Adams Road, approximately 10 miles south of London after Deputy Faulconer was dispatched to a complaint from a business there regarding a suspicious vehicle – a maroon colored Chevrolet Equinox sitting in the parking lot.

When Deputy Faulconer arrived at the scene and conducted an investigation on the driver he learned that she had a suspended driver's license. In addition, Deputy Faulconer located a syringe containing methamphetamine in her possession.

Arrested was:

The driver Kristen Moses age 27 Of Fields Rd., Corbin - Charged with driving on DUI suspended license – first offense and possession of drug paraphernalia.

A second subject in the vehicle – Joshua Grigsby age 26 of Caldwell St., Corbin was charged on a Laurel County bench warrant of arrest for failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence and two counts of wanton endangerment – second-degree.

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
