Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Deputy Gary Mehler along with Deputy Rick Cloyd arrested Dakota Sizemore age 20 of Bear Branch, Hyden, Ky on Thursday afternoon December 15, 2016 at approximately 2:28 PM.
The arrest occurred off Greg Lane, approximately 1 mile east of London after deputies were dispatched to a domestic dispute there.
Upon arrival, deputies learned that this subject had allegedly held a female victim down, pushing and smacking her as she held their one-year-old daughter and he allegedly threatened to split her head open and watch her bleed out.
Dakota Sizemore was charged with assault – 4th degree – domestic violence and was lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
