Manchester, KY - The Manchester Police Department is reporting that: In the spirit of Christmas we have persuaded the Chief to let us grow a beard, but there is a catch.

In order for us to participate in "Stache for Cash", each officer has to raise $100 for a child to attend the "Shop With a Neighbor" shopping spree.
This is a special time of year and we know it's not all about gifts but I promise you it is a heart melting experience to witness a child receive a gift they wouldn't have had if it wasn't for you.
Any amount you can give would be great and donations can be made at the Manchester Police Department 24 hours a day.
