A wanted fugitive & passenger (both from Manchester, Ky.) nabbed by LSO officers

Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner along with Deputy Joey Robinson and Deputy Josh Morgan arrested two individuals on Saturday night January 12, 2019 at approximately 9:30 PM. following a traffic stop.

Arrested was:

The driver Robert Cohorn age 37 of Manchester, KY.

A passenger Ryan Revis age 34 of Manchester, KY.

The arrests occurred on KY 30 approximately 5 miles north east of London, Ky.

The driver of the vehicle identified as Robert Cohorn was arrested and charged as a parole violator from the West Virginia Division of Corrections and Rehabilitation after an investigation was conducted. In addition, it was learned through investigation that this subject had numerous outstanding bench warrants in Kentucky including:

A Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating on suspended or revoked operator’s license and numerous other violations.

A Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of driving on DUI suspended license – first offense and numerous other violations.

A Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging failure to appear in court on charges of operating a motor vehicle under the influence – first offense; reckless driving; and numerous other violations.

The passenger in the vehicle identified as Ryan Revis age 34 of Manchester, KY was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia after this subject was found with an uncapped hypodermic needle in his pocket which he failed to tell deputies that he had.

These two individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Detention Center.
