Clay County, Ky. (May 31, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on May 31, 2019 at approximately 8:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with Clay County Sheriff CSO Wes Brumley arrested Jeffrey Murphy, 55 of Curry Branch Road.
The arrest occurred while deputies were in foot pursuit of a subject, the above mentioned subject began using obscene remarks and profanity toward deputies when asked information pertaining to the subject that had evaded police.
The above mentioned subject refused to obey lawful commands from deputies and continued to be disorderly.
Jeffrey Murphy was charged with:
- Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
