Manchester, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 19, 2019 at approximately 1:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Joshua Harris, 26 of London.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston received a complaint of an out of control male with a knife threatening people and refusing to leave the property.
Once Deputy Houston arrived on scene, the subject had already left.
Deputy Houston made contact with the subject at CMR Gas Station where a strong odor of alcohol was emitting from the subject.
Joshua Harris, 26 was charged with:
- Alcohol Intoxication in Public Place (1st or 2nd Off.)
- Criminal Mischief, 3rd Degree
- Terroristic Threatening, 3rd Degree
