Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on June 21, 2019 at approximately 11:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Cody Blackwell along with Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Carl Hacker, 64 and Wilburn Wagers, 63 both of Cedar Craig Apartments.
The arrest occurred when Deputies received a complaint of two intoxicated males. Upon arrival deputies determined that the subjects was intoxicated of alcoholic beverages. The photos attached are courtesy of the Clay County Detention Center.
