Manchester, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 2, 2019 at approximately 1:40 PM Clay County Sheriff Detective Jeff Kelsey and CSO Wes Brumley arrested Rebecca Hamm, 45 of Manchester.
The arrest occurred when Deputies received a complaint of a Disorderly female inside Taco Bell.
Upon arrival Deputies encountered the female subject inside the store arguing with staff.
During the investigation the female became disorderly toward Deputies on scene.
Rebecca Hamm was charged with:
- Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
