Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 16, 2019 at approximately 1:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Mitchell Roark, 41 and Vicky Roark, 35 of Little Creek Road.
The arrests occurred when Deputy Edwards was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject holding a female subject against her will.
Upon arrival Deputy Edwards came in contact with both subjects who was off property, through investigation it determined that the male subject had been physical with the female and the female was under the influence of intoxicants.
Mitchell Roark was charged with:
• Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence)
Vicky Roark was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
