Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 16, 2019 at approximately 4:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Michael Gregory, 39 of Ham Hollow Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject on Ham Hollow Road screaming out loud, burning trash and causing a scene with his automobile.
Upon arrival Deputy Edwards made contact with the subject who became disorderly toward Deputy Edwards.
Once Deputy Edwards told the subject he was under arrest the individual began to resist arrest.
After a brief struggle the subject was placed under arrest without further incident.
Michael Gregory was charged with:
• Resisting Arrest
• Menacing
• Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
