Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 18, 2019 at approximately 11:30 Am Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with PAO Trent Baker arrested Cheyenne Gray, 45 of Grannys Branch Road.
The arrest when Deputies were dispatched to a domestic assault complaint on Grannys Branch Road.
Upon arrival, Deputies made contact with the subject walking up the hollow.
Through investigation and witness statements, it was determined the above mentioned subject was the aggressor in the assault.
It was also determined the male subject had smashed a windshield of a vehicle on the property.
Cheyenne Gray was charged with:
- Assault 4th Degree (Domestic Violence) Minor Injury
- Criminal Trespassing 3rd Degree
