Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 20, 2019 at approximately 1:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Jennifer Woods, 40 of Crawford Isom Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston conducted a traffic stop on South Highway 421 for vehicle infractions.
Upon contact with the driver, Deputy Houston conducted an investigation at which time it was determined the subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
Clay County Dispatch confirmed that the individual did not have an operators license due to previous DUI'S. The photo attached is courtesy of the Clay County Detention Center.
Jennifer Woods was charged with:
• Operating Motor vehicle under the influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC 2nd Offense
• Operating Motor vehicle on Suspended or Revoked License
• Improper Didplay of Registration Receipt
• No Registration Receipt
