Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 7, 2019 at approximately 6:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Stephen Ruth, 44 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was dispatched to a prowler complaint around the 15000 block of South Highway 421.
While looking for the two individuals, an unknown male and female individual was observed fleeing on foot running into a house. Deputy Houston made contact with the above mentioned subject who was inside the residence.
Through investigation it was determined the above mentioned subject wasn’t one of the unknown individuals that had fled earlier, through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was shown the subject had two warrants for his arrest.
Stephen Ruth was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
