Clay County, Ky. - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 9, 2019 at approximately 8:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Tommy Houston arrested Maxine Howard, 65 of Highway 1524.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Houston was dispatched to Otter Creek Road to assist Clay County EMS with an possible intoxicated female refusing to leave the back of the ambulance.
Upon arrival Deputy Houston made contact with the female, a strong odor of an alcoholic beverage emitting from the person.
Upon further investigation it was determined the subject had been drinking vodka earlier this date.
Maxine Howard was charged with:
- Alcohol Intoxication in Public place
- Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
