Clay County, Ky. (September,9,2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 8, 2019 at approximately 12:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Rebecca Hamm, 46 of Town Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards was patrolling South Highway 421 when he observed the female individual under the bridge on South Highway 421.
Through investigation it was determined that the female subject was under the influence of intoxicants.
Rebecca Hamm was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
