Clay County, Ky. (Sept. 30, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on September 30, 2019 at approximately 1:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Teresa Minton, 41 of South Highway 11.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards conducted a traffic stop on a vehicle for vehicle infractions.
Once contact was made with the driver, she handed Deputy Edwards an Identification card.
Through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed the subject had a suspended license.
Through investigation it was determined the driver of the vehicle was under the influence.
Teresa Minton was charged with:
- Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator License
- Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC.
- Rear License Plate not Illuminated
