Clay County, Ky. (Sept. 30, 2019) - The Clay County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: On September 30, 2019 at approximately 12:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson arrested Tammy Gambrell, 43 of Paw Paw Road.
The arrest occurred when Sheriff Robinson received a complaint of an intoxicated and hallucinating female.
Upon arrival Sheriff Robinson located the female hiding in a wooded area along the roadway.
Through investigation it was determined that the individual was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Tammy Gambrell was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
• Disorderly Conduct
