Clay County, Ky. (October 15, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on October 14, 2019 at approximately 1:45 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Sherry Myers, 42 of Grannys Branch Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint of custodial interference between two parties, Chief Deputy Jones arrived on scene where he located the above mentioned subject and another party having a verbal altercation.
Chief Deputy Jones told the above mentioned subject to take the child inside where it was warm due to having little to no clothes on, she failed to comply with multiple commands given to her and continued arguing with the second party on scene.
Sherry Myers was charged with:
• Endangering the Welfare of a Minor
• Disorderly Conduct, 1st Degree
