LONDON, KY (October 23, 2019) - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Sgt. Greg Poynter along with Detective Kyle Gray, and Deputy Travis Napier arrested Judy Wilburn age 30 of Hawk Creek Rd., London on Tuesday afternoon October 22, 2019 at approximately 2:59 PM.
The arrest occurred in London after this subject was charged on a Madison District Court warrant of arrest obtained by Madison County Sheriff's Deputy Todd Allen charging:
- Three counts of criminal abuse – first-degree – Child 12 or under
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
