Complaint leads to Jackson Co. man's arrest on North Highway 421 in Clay County

Clay County, Ky. (October, 23, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on October 23, 2019 at approximately 8:45 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb arrested Gary Hasty, 40 of Tyner.

The arrest occurred when Chief Jones received a complaint of an intoxicated male on North Highway 421, upon arrival Chief Deputy Jones located the above mentioned subject who was noted as manifestly under the influence of intoxicants. 

Gary Hasty was charged with:

  • Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
