DUI arrest during Traffic Stop in Manchester

MANCHESTER, KY (October 30, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on October 30, 2019 at approximately 3:50 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Larry Collins, 30 of Arrowhead Court.

The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions on Town Branch Road. Deputy Brumley made contact with the driver who stated they didn’t have a license, through confirmation with Clay County Dispatch it was confirmed the subject had a revoked operator license.

During the investigation it was determined the subject was under the influence.

Larry Collins was charged with:

• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Rear License Not Illuminated
• Careless Driving
• Operating on Suspended or Revoked Operator License
• Operating Motor Vehicle under ALC/DRUGS/ETC.
