Clay County, Ky. (October 31, 2019) -On October 31, 2019 at approximately 12:30 PM Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson along with Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Brian Smith, 30 of Otter Creek Road.
The arrest occurred after Sheriff Robinson and Chief Jones was dispatched to a complaint on Otter Creek Road of a female subject yelling for help.
Upon arrival, the above mentioned subject was located inside the residence causing damage and was belligerent.
The individual was placed under arrest without incident.
Brian Smith was charged with:
• Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
