MANCHESTER, KY (November 2, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting on November 1, 2019 at approximately 4:00 Am Clay County Sheriff K9 Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Alican Byrd, 40 of North Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when K9 Deputy Edwards charged the above mentioned subject on a Bench Warrant.
Once at the Clay County Detention Center, during the intake process Deputy Jailer Jennifer Grubb located a small baggie containing several orange tablets on the person of the subject.
Alican Byrd was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Promoting Contraband, 1st Degree
