Clay County, Ky. (November 2, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Friday, November 1, 2019 at approximately 3:50 AM Clay County Sheriff K9 Deputy Brandon Edwards along with Deputy Brumley arrested Anthony Smith, 30 of Cane Branch Road.
The arrest occurred while units were on scene investigating a separate complaint on South Highway 421 when the above mentioned subject began screaming across the parking lot toward Deputies on scene and making derogatory remarks toward them.
Anthony Smith was charged with:
- Disorderly Conduct, 2nd Degree
