MANCHESTER, KY (November 18, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on November 17, 2019 at approximately 4:30 AM Clay County Sheriff K9 Deputy Brandon Edwards arrested Thomas Henson, 35 of Rices Fork Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Edwards received a complaint of a possible intoxicated male passed out in the top parking lot of the Clay County Administration building.
Upon making contact with the subject, Deputy Edwards noted that a strong alcoholic odor emitting from the subject.
Once placed under arrest the subject became belligerent and began to resist arrest.
After a brief struggle the subject was placed under arrest without further incident.
Thomas Henson was charged with:
- Alcohol Intoxication in a Public Place
- Resisting Arrest
