Three Clay County residents arrested during roundup in Laurel County

Laurel County, Ky. (November 22, 2019) -  The Laurel County Sheriff's Office is reporting that: Sheriff John Root, detectives and deputies, along with the Sheriff's Office Special Response Team (SRT), and K-9 teams conducted a county wide drug roundup "Operation Another November to Remember" early Friday morning November 22, 2019 seeking 19 individuals on drug trafficking and possession charges throughout Laurel County.

Three Clay County residents arrested during the operation were identified as:

Israel Miller age 46 of Manchester charged on:

  • A Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging: Failure to Appear in Court on charges of - Possession of drug paraphernalia; Possession of a controlled substance – second-degree
  • A Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging: Failure to Appear in Court

Darren Gibson age 36 of Manchester charged on:

  • A bench warrant of arrest charging: Failure to Appear in Court

Amy Fultz age 31 of Manchester charged on:

  • A Clay District Court bench warrant of arrest charging: Failure to Appear in Court regarding a child support case
  • A Laurel District Court bench warrant of arrest charging: Failure to Appear in Court for preliminary hearing regarding a charge of Flagrant Nonsupport
  • A Laurel Circuit Court indictment warrant of arrest charging: Flagrant Nonsupport
