Clay County, Ky. (November 25, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on November 24, 2019 at approximately 9:00 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones arrested Travis Box, 20 of Maupin Hollow Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to Maupin Hollow of a possible intoxicated male subject walking down the road brandishing a knife.
Upon arrival, Chief Deputy Jones located the subject and through investigation it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence.
Travis Box was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
- Menacing
