Clay County, Ky. (November 28, 2019) - Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Thursday November 28, 2019 at approximately 2:30 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Charles Derek Hill, 24 of Onieda.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop for vehicle infractions on South Highway 421.
Upon initial contact and through investigation it was determined the subject was Operating the Motor vehicle under the influence.
With the assistance of Manchester City Police K9 Zeus, units located Marijuana and drug paraphernalia inside the car.
Charles Derek Hill was charged with:
• Operating Motor vehicle under the influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC
• Rear License not Illuminated
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Possession of Marijuana
• Drug Paraphernalia Buy/Possess
