Laurel County, KY - Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Allen Turner along with Deputy Jamie Etherton arrested Candace Siler age 38 of Corbin on Tuesday night December 10, 2019 at approximately 7:15 PM.
The arrest occurred off Adams Road, approximately 11 miles South of London while deputies were conducting a welfare check at a residence there.
Deputies noted upon entry to the residence that there was trash everywhere and bugs running across the floor.
The parent was charged with:
- Criminal abuse third-degree – child 12 or under
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County correctional center.
