MANCHESTER, KY (December 17, 2019) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on December 17, 2019 at approximately 8:25 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Clay County Sheriff SRO Jared Smith arrested David Taylor, 25 of Mill Pond.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject trespassing on a property on Mill Pond Road.
Through investigation it was determined the above mentioned subject had previously been trespassed from the property and entered into the dwelling and set a couch on fire which caused loss of the property.
David Taylor was charged with:
• Criminal Trespassing
• Arson-3rd Degree
