MANCHESTER, KY (January 2, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On Wednesday, January 1, 2020 Clay County Sheriff Deputy Jared Smith arrested Donnie Belt, 42 of Highway 638.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Smith located the subject at Beech Creek Apartments.
Once the subjects information was ran through Clay County Dispatch it showed the subject had multiple warrants for his arrest.
Donnie Belt was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
