MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that: On Friday February 7, 2020 at approximately 4:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Roger Gill, 46 of Annville.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley responded to a traffic accident on North Highway 421.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject, he admitted to smoking marijuana prior to the accident.
Through investigation it was determined that the subject was under the influence.
Roger Gill was charged with:
• Failure to Produce Insurance Card
• Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC.
