MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Saturday, February 15, 2020 at approximately 3:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Austin Jones, 20 of Sparks Road.
The arrest occurred on Fishtrap Road when the subject was involved in a hit and run accident. The subject fled from the scene and was later located at a residence.
Austin Jones was charged with:
• Leaving the Scene of an Accident
• Failure to Produce Insurance Card
• Failure of Non-Owner to maintain required insurance
