MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on February 17, 2020 at approximately 2:00 PM Clay County Sheriff CSO Supervisor Dewey Grubb along with CSO Jeff Cochran arrested Robert Moniz, 49 of Bear Branch.
The arrest occurred at the Clay County Judicial Center when the subject was charged on two Clay County Warrants of Arrest.
Robert Moniz was charged with:
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
• Serving Bench Warrant for Court
