LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Tommy Houston along with Deputy Joey Robinson and Deputy James Fox arrested Fernando Concho age 40 of Corbin on Sunday night February 23, 2020 at approximately 11:18 PM.
The arrest occurred off Sandy Hills Circle, approximately 10 miles South of London after deputies were dispatched to a disturbance complaint there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies located the suspect outside the residence and noted that he appeared to be very intoxicated and had an odor of alcoholic beverages emitting from his person.
An investigation was conducted and it was learned that allegedly this subject had gotten angry inside the residence striking a female subject in the face and stomach and throwing objects throughout the house.
Fernando Concho was charged with:
- Assault – 4th degree
- Disorderly conduct – second-degree
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
