MANCHESTER, KY- Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on Wednesday, February 26, 2020 at approximately 6:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Wes Wagers, 40 of Ham Hollow Road.
The arrest occurred on Highway 80 when Deputy Brumley conducted a traffic stop for failing to use a turn signal.
Upon contact with the above mentioned subject, Deputy Brumley noted the driver showed signs of impairment.
Through further investigation it was determined the subject’s operator license was suspended due to a previous DUI.
Wes Wagers was charged with:
• Failure to or Improper Signal
• Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC.
• Driving on DUI Suspended License
• Failure to Notify of Address Change to Dept. of Transportation
