MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 28, 2020 at approximately 2:00 AM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley along with Deputy Jared Smith and Deputy Kendric Smith arrested John Hoskins, 33 of Highway 149.
The arrest occurred when Deputies responded to a domestic violence complaint.
Upon arrival, Deputies came into contact with the above mentioned subject who was noticeably under the influence of alcohol.
Through investigation it was determined that a physical altercation had happened prior to the arrival of responding units.
John Hoskins was charged with:
• Assault 4th Degree
• Alcohol Intoxication in Public place
• Disorderly Conduct 2nd Degree
