MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on March 29, 2020 at approximately 6:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Coty Arnold arrested Curtis Hatfield, 43 of Marydale Road.
The arrest occurred while Deputy Arnold was providing patrol on Highway 80 when he encountered the above mentioned subject standing on the side of the road appearing to be hallucinating and talking to himself.
Through investigation it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Curtis Hatfield was charged with:
- Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
