MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on April 3, 2020 at approximately 4:00 Am Clay County Sheriff Deputy Wes Brumley arrested Linda Webb, 58 of South Highway 421.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Brumley came into contact with the above mentioned subject on Highway 80 in the parking lot of Horse Creek Baptist Church.
Upon contact, Deputy Brumley noted that the subject appeared to be passed out and had the vehicle still running.
After the subject became alert, it was determined the subject was under the influence.
Linda Webb was charged with:
• Operating Motor Vehicle Under the Influence of ALC/DRUGS/ETC.
