MANCHESTER, KY - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on April 10, 2020 at approximately 4:00 PM Clay County Sheriff Deputy Coty Arnold along with Sheriff Sgt. Jeremy Gabbard arrested Lisa Atkins, 45 of Cottrell Road.
The arrest occurred when Deputy Arnold responded to a complaint of an intoxicated female walking down Coal Hollow Road.
Through investigation it was determined the female subject was manifestly under the influence. Assisting at the scene was Manchester City Police Officer Antonio Dodson.
Lisa Atkins was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
