MANCHESTER, KY (July 8, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on July 8, 2020 at approximately 1:30 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Paul Michael Whitehead arrested Denvard Duff, 49 of West Yeager Road.
The arrest occurred when Chief Deputy Jones and Deputy Whitehead was dispatched to a complaint of a male subject laying in the middle of the road. Upon arrival, Contact was made and through investigation it was determined that the subject was manifestly under the influence.
Denvard Duff was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
