MANCHESTER, KY (Aug 18, 2020) - Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on August 18, 2020 at approximately 10:30 AM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Paul Whitehead arrested Marlin Hoskins, 61 of Frog Level.
The arrest occurred off of South Highway 421, when Deputies located the subject that had an active Leslie County Circuit Court Indictment Warrant for Wanton Endangerment.
The above was located and arrested without incident.
Marlin Hoskins was charged with:
• Serving Indictment Warrant (Leslie County)
