LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Justin Taylor arrested 3 subjects on Friday night August 21, 2020 at approximately 11:04 PM.
The arrests occurred off Cole Road, approximately 1/2 mile west of London while Deputy Taylor was assisting social services on a referral complaint there.
Deputy Taylor located three adult individuals there and noted finding drug paraphernalia containing a white residue, hypodermic syringes, and filters.
Deputy Taylor noted that three small children were present in the home and were in arms reach of the listed items.
Deputy Taylor further noted unsanitary living conditions there.
The three arrested individuals were identified as:
Julie Lee was charged with:
- Criminal abuse – third-degree – child 12 or under
- Possession of drug paraphernali
- Endangering the welfare of a minor
Marvin R. Spencer age 50 of London charged with:
- Criminal abuse – third-degree – child 12 or under
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Endangering the welfare of a minor
Eric Spencer age 37 of London charged with:
- Possession of drug paraphernalia
- Endangering the welfare of a minor
All three individuals were lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
