LONDON, KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Hunter Disney along with Deputy Brent France arrested Terry Trosper age 52 of Corbin on Saturday afternoon August 29, 2020 at approximately 2:36 PM.
The arrest occurred at Wacky Binz off US 25 approximately 7 miles South of London regarding a complaint of a shoplifter there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies found this subject in possession of three reported stolen items.
In addition, this subject was found in possession of Percocet.
Terry Trosper was charged with:
- Possession of a controlled substance – second-degree – Barbiturate
- Theft by unlawful taking under $500
This individual was lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
