LONDON. KY - Laurel County Sheriff John Root is reporting that: Laurel Sheriff's Deputy Daniel Reed arrested Michael Ray Medlock age 39 of London on Thursday evening September 24, 2020 at approximately 6:31 PM.
The arrest occurred off Pleasure View Road, approximately 4 miles south of London after deputies were dispatched to an out-of-control possibly intoxicated subject at a residence there.
Upon arrival at the scene deputies were advised that the subject would probably attempt to flee the residence so deputies were positioned at the front and rear doors.
Deputies at the front of the residence encountered the subject and conducted an investigation determining that he was under the influence. The subject was also found in possession of drug paraphernalia.
Michael Ray Medlock was charged with:
- Public intoxication – Controlled substances
- Possession of Drug paraphernalia
This individual is lodged in the Laurel County Correctional Center.
