MANCHESTER, KY (October 24, 2020) - The City of Manchester Fire Department is reporting that: At approximately 10:29 PM on Friday, October 23, 2020 the City of Manchester Fire Department was notified by Clay County E-911 of a motor vehicle accident at Ramsey Baseball Field on KY-638.
Upon arrival the subject had self extricated and refused treatment of Clay County EMS.
Units stood by on scene until Warrens Towing retrieved the vehicle and cleared the scene with no further incident.
