BELL COUNTY, KY (November 22, 2020) - The Bell County Sheriff's Department is reporting that: A woman has been charged for rape along with a man already charged by KSP in a separate sexual offense case.
Jail records indicate that Opal L. Hubbard age 39 was arrested by the Kentucky State Police on Saturday, November 21, 2020.
Opal Hubbard has been charged with:
- Rape -1st degree
This individual was lodged in the Bell County Detention Center.
In his complaint warrant, Bell County Sheriff's Sgt. Patrick Brooks Brooks states that on Saturday, October 24, 2020, Jeffrey Stevens (left) engaged in conduct which knowingly provided 39-year-old Opal L. Hubbard with the means or opportunity for the commission of the crime of Rape - 1st degree, by forcible compulsion, and which in fact aided such person to commit the crime.
Both are being held on $250,000 cash bonds.
(Stevens has an additional bond of $250,000 for the BSCO case)
