MANCHESTER, KY (December 7, 2020) – Clay County Sheriff Patrick Robinson is reporting that on December 7, 2020 at approximately 12:35 PM Clay County Chief Deputy Clifton Jones along with Deputy Paul Michael Whitehead arrested Misty Wagers, 37 of Curry Branch Road.
The arrest occurred on South Highway 421 when Deputies were dispatched to a complaint of an intoxicated female subject.
The subject was located on South Highway 421 and through investigation it was determined the subject was manifestly under the influence of intoxicants.
Misty Wagers was charged with:
• Public Intoxication of Controlled Substance (Excludes Alcohol)
